Experienced Construction Estimator
We are looking for an experienced Construction Estimator with a minimum of 10 years of industry experience. The ideal candidate will be proficient in utilizing our online subscriptions to bid on projects ranging from $100K to $5M+. The Estimator must have the ability to quote on excavation, concrete forming, flatwork, and demolition projects. A successful candidate will have at least a 10% win rate with a minimum net profit margin of 10% per project.
Heavy Equipment Operator (Foreman)
We have an immediate opening for an experienced machine operator foreman for our excavating division. Our ideal candidate must be interested in the opportunity to grow with the company. Ideal candidate must demonstrate a positive, mature, adaptive, and entrepreneurial mindset, and work well both independently and as part of a team.
Foreman Residential Formwork Division
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Concrete Forming Foreman to lead and work alongside a crew of 5-10 professionals. This is a working foreman position where you will be actively involved in daily tasks while providing direction and leadership to your team. The position starts immediately.

As an Experienced Concrete Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of concrete construction projects, with a focus on both forming and finishing. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field, you will leverage your expertise to ensure the successful execution of projects from inception to completion, while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
